These are common — but often ignored — signs that you may be misaligned:

How to Begin Recalibrating

You don’t have to blow everything up to realign.
Often, recalibration starts with small but honest adjustments.

Don’t dismiss the subtle signs. They are data. Energy leaks are red flags in disguise.

What phase are you in emotionally, physically, relationally? Your strategies must reflect your current season — not your past identity.

🔹 3. Identify Energy Drains vs Energy Returns

Audit your calendar, habits, and relationships. What depletes you? What restores you?

🔹 4. Start with One Area

You don’t have to fix it all. Start with what’s loudest — your mornings, your work schedule, your boundaries.

You’re Allowed to Rebuild

Misalignment doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
It means you’ve outgrown something.

And your nervous system, soul, and strategy need to catch up with who you’ve become.
