Where Systems Meets Souls

Bridging the gap between human purpose and systemic design.

The Myth We’ve Been Sold

Somewhere along the way, a silent deal was struck:

Systems promised security, progress, and opportunity.

Humans promised loyalty, productivity, and trust.

But the deal was never balanced. People kept showing up. Systems kept taking more. And the gap grew wider.

The truth? Burnout, quiet quitting, and disconnection aren’t personal failures — they’re signs the deal was broken.

At Project Trove, we’re here to rewrite it.

The Problem We See

For generations, we’ve lived under the myth that if people just worked harder, systems would deliver security and progress in return. But the truth is, the deal was never equal — and the gap keeps widening.

This gap is what we call the Visceral Gap: the space between what your soul knows and what systems demand. It’s the lived dissonance that leaves individuals restless and exhausted, and societies misaligned.

Burnout, quiet quitting, and disconnection aren’t personal failings — they’re signals that the system–soul deal is broken. Project Trove exists to name this gap and realign both sides.

The Lens: Where Systems Meet Souls

Systems and people are always responding to one another. When systems extract — demanding more while giving less — people spiral downward into burnout, disconnection, and quiet quitting. When people withdraw trust, systems often double down with red tape, compliance, and control.

But when both sides nourish each other, something different happens. Individuals regain clarity and rhythm, families strengthen resilience, and organizations rebuild trust. The spiral shifts upward — creating societies aligned with purpose rather than drained by extraction.

Our Body of Work

Books, Frameworks, and Tools

Each project explores purpose and alignment from a unique angle.

The Purpose Problem
Our cornerstone book. A piercing yet hopeful exploration of why purpose misalignment isn’t just personal — it’s systemic — and how we can realign lives, families, and nations.

Systemic Stockholm Syndrome
A book in development uncovering why we stay loyal to systems that harm us — and how to break free with clarity, compassion, and sovereignty.

Trajectory Grief
An upcoming concept naming the silent grief we feel when life — or systems — veer away from their intended course. A guide to processing loss and rediscovering possibility.

Book a 1:1 Session

Work With Us

Auditing the gap between systems and souls — and helping you close it.

For Individuals

Realign Sessions

Not therapy, not hustle coaching — but a clarity audit of where your life rhythms have slipped out of alignment. Together, we map burnout, overwhelm, or numbness back to the systems around you, then restore soul-led clarity and daily rhythm.

When to choose this: If you’re asking “Why don’t I feel like myself anymore?”

For Leaders & Parents

Purpose Packages

An honest exploration of where your leadership or parenting is misaligned with purpose. We trace burnout, resistance, or disconnection back to systemic pressures — and build rhythms, language, and strategies that help people (your children, team, or community) thrive.

When to choose this: If you’re asking “Why aren’t they engaging, even though I’m doing everything right?”

For Organizations

Alignment Audits & Centenarian Mindset Consulting

A systemic audit of where your organization actually meets people — not just in policy or compliance, but in trust, safety, and purpose. We expose the hidden costs of burnout, turnover, and “quiet quitting,” and help close the gap between what systems demand and what humans need.

When to choose this: If you’re asking “Why are we bleeding talent, despite the initiatives we’ve tried?”

Systems strategist. Alignment guide. Closing the gap between policy and people, structure and soul.

What this means in practice:

  • Learning what your systems (at work, in health, in education) are really saying.
  • Recognizing how those systems impact your energy, trust, and wellbeing.
  • Choosing alignment over extraction — so both people and systems can thrive.

Who We Are

Founded by author and systems strategist Haley Marx, Project Trove is a growing body of work dedicated to helping individuals, organizations, and nations realign with purpose.

Our lens — Where Systems Meet Souls — brings clarity to the invisible gap between human experience and systemic design. Through books, frameworks, and conversations, we explore how alignment can be lived at every level: personal, relational, and collective.

We put the human back at the center of human-centered design — not as a checkbox, but as the soul of meaningful, lasting change.
